The IPT tournament scheduled for Chicago and the year-end King of the Hill and tour card tournaments in Vegas have been postponed. The IPT says this is due to factors involving the sale of the IPT to Stanley Ho, the Hong Kong gambling billionaire. One theory is that Ho doesn't want tournaments to go forward until he has an online gambling component in place. The players are in the dark as much as anyone and, at last report, have not yet received their winnings for the Reno IPT event.
